Is someone helping you plan?
No matter where they live, WedConnect makes it easy to get help from others pitching in with the planning. This can be a mom, sister, best friend, fiancé, bridal consultant, or anyone else helping plan the details of your wedding.
Simply add who you want to help, and check off the sections of Wedding Planner you want them to view and work on. This allows you to keep sensitive areas
private (like your budget), and locks down any information you don’t want others to see using the security features of Wedding Planner’s dedicated servers. Everyone you add* can then work simultaneously on Wedding Planner when you are in WedConnect mode, with their changes showing up instantly in real-time.
When you are ready to take back complete control of Wedding Planner, simply disconnect from WedConnect. No one else has access to your wedding plans when WedConnect is turned off.
*Wedding Planner includes a complimentary invitation to add an additional WedConnect user. Others can be added for a small one-time fee.
Design Event Layouts in Wedding Planner
Designing a layout for the reception?
Wedding Planner includes a detailed event layout designer where a couple can add guest tables, dance floors, buffet tables, entertainment stage, DJ booth, a cake table, head table, and more. All items can be easily added to the floor layout, and then rearranged to find the best fit for all your details.
To make it easier for a couple to get started, Wedding Planner even features pre-designed event layouts for 50 Guests, 100 Guests, 150 Guests, and 200 Guests. Event layouts can even be designed for the rehearsal dinner, or any other scheduled event.
Once a design is complete, simply print it or email it to give to your site coordinator.
