FindEx Releases Membership Plus Version 7, 5/16/2002

OMAHA, Neb. – May 16, 2002 -- FindEx.com, Inc. (OTCBB: FIND) announced today the release of Membership Plus 7 Deluxe.

This new release has many features that the Company believes will enable it to continue as the best-selling Church Management Software on the market. Membership Plus 7 Deluxe, which retails for $299.95, contains 9 full-featured modules designed to organize and efficiently manage most of the administrative and operational aspects of a Church or non-profit organization. “The primary goals of this release were to improve the program’s ease of use and to integrate it with state of the art technologies” explained Carter Moss, Membership Plus Senior Developer. He added, “I believe we have accomplished each of these goals, plus a great deal more”.

This new release is expected to provide three revenue streams for the company. The primary one is users who upgrade to the new version. The other two include new users purchasing through our retail channels, and those purchasing through FindEx’s direct marketing initiative. According to Britt Edwards, FindEx Vice President of Sales, “This product has been very well received throughout the Christian retailing markets, including the Christian Booksellers Association. Over the past several years, we have experienced a significant increase in retail demand for our Membership Plus package. We believe the new packaging and the repositioning of Membership Plus as a collection of integrated modules will not only strengthen this retail demand, but also enhance our ability to promote it directly to Churches and Non-Profit Organizations.”

The Membership Plus development group is also working on accounting modules expected to be released mid-July 2002. Initially, these fund accounting based modules will include payroll, general ledger and accounts payable. In addition, another version of Membership Plus 7 is scheduled to be released mid-June, and will be targeted towards smaller churches and non-profit organizations.

FindEx has also announced that it released the “Life Application Bible New Testament Commentary” for QuickVerse. This 17-volume set, which is being sold on a limited, promotional basis for $149.95, will be an addition to the abundant list titles that FindEx already offers to its more than 1,000,000 QuickVerse users. The Company believes it is on track to release more content for QuickVerse users beginning this summer.

FindEx is a developer, publisher, distributor and supplier of “inspirational” and faith-based, off-the-shelf software products to individuals and religious and other spiritual organizations including schools, churches and other faith-based ministries.
